The service at this location was STELLAR. I had some body damage to my front end because some moron backed into me while I was in line at the gas station at Costco. Needed a new front bumper and repair to the front quarter panel. I took my car to Gerber collision on Jackson Road, and they thought they would have it up to 10 days to complete the repairs. My car was done four days ahead of schedule. The car was cleaner when I picked it up at the collision shop, than it was when I dropped it off! They fixed all the damage to my car in an extremely timely manner, and they cleaned the inside and washed it! Bonus! 👍 They were very communicative and kept me informed of progress along the way. They explained everything to me, took care of arranging for my rental car pickup and drop off, and could not have been nicer people. Very professional, friendly, and personable. It is refreshing to get such outstanding customer service in this day and age when customer service is certainly not what it used to be.
