Very Knowledgeable professional and efficient. I brought my car in and within 24 Hours they identified the issue, explained the repair, and provided a price that did not change upon completion, less than a week later. I will be working with them moving forward with all of my vehicle needs.

Replaced wheel stud and lug nut that had been broken during wheel rotation by Discount Tire the day before. Advance advised me to have Discount fill out Discount's order form to make the repair free for me, rather than.having me pay the bill and get reimbursed by Discount, as the guy who broke the stud advised me to do... I appreciated the help -- so went back to Discount, got the form, returned to Advanced, they replaced the stud and lug nut promptly, and at no expense to me!

Professional, not a long wait for appointments.

Chose AA because my first experience was so good and this visit was just as good if not better. Making an appointment online is easy and the text/email reminders are helpful. My car was diagnosed in a timely manner and Nicole was awesome at calling me to let me know the details of what they found. She was also great in relaying information back to the technicians for them to look at a different issue as well. My car was ready and waiting for me when I picked it up and the check out process was great. I'll be back.

Called 30 other places before this one and they were the only ones that could work on a Jaguar. Very pleased with their communication and letting me know what the diagnosis was. Reasonable price point too. Thank you guys!
