I'm traveling through from out of town. Shortly before I got into town, my A/C quit. Based on recommendations from the church I'm helping this week, I took it to Advanced Automotive to have it looked at. They worked on it for about an hour and a half, checked it for leaks, and refilled the coolant. When this didn't fix the problem, but rather identified a different problem, they didn't even charge me for what they had done! I fully expected some charge, and if I was going to be in town long enough to get the parts, I would definitely have them do the work. I'm traveling through from out of town. Been bringing my families vehicles here for over 8 yrs now. This last visit was to repair the damage done to several wire harnesses on my wifes vehicle by varmints. Couple of days, good to go and at a very reasonable cost. Taking the Ford Escape somewhere else never entered my mind.

They scheduled me quickly. They took me back into the shop to show me the problem. Prices were excellent. Answered all of my questions. Will definitely be going back!

I found this place on Groupon, not sure what to expect. They were honest , curteous and fast. I was in and out in less than an hour. They made a recommendation of why I needed in the future and have me a very fair quote. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
