I was referred to this place by a friend after I had a rather disappointing experience with a “certified dealer” shop with my Subaru Legacy 2012. In past year and half I’ve had the car in the shop 3 times. Very courteous and professional service and they are quite honest and moderately priced. The second time the car was in the shop it took a couple weeks to have parts shipped but it was also during the time when the severe weather in Michigan had affected the postal services so I don’t really want to blame them for the delay, especially since the car had been running great since then. There were number of leaks, the gasket had to be changed (the “dealer shop” had done that same work literally a year and two months before and they refused to do it for free since the warrantee was only for a year), and a few other repairs. And they did it all for a reasonable fee, significantly less than the previous shop. I recently had a problem with thermostat and they replaced it in matter of hours, and free of charge. Will definitely recommend this place. The work may not be lightning fast always but it’s reliable and honest
