Very nice people

They were pretty helpful and offered a lot of different service and advice. The oil change was definitely slower than I would have liked and they overstated a bit how low my brake pads were. I knew they were low and knew they needed to be changed, but they made it seem like there was no pad left. I decided to change them myself to save a bit and only one pad was very low, but not at the point of immediate failure like they said it could. I get they're trying to make business, but i think they were trying to make sure i had the service done without waiting too long. Overall I'd go back and recommend them, just make sure you've got a bit of knowledge about your car's maintenance level, as you should whenever you take your car in for service.

I have been very pleased with Advanced Automotive. They do good work and have been very candid in assessing whether a particular repair is necessary, is worthwhile given the age and condition of my car, and any other possible options. They also give accurate and realistic estimates of the cost as well as the time needed to do a repair, and are quick to notify me if a repair will be more expensive or take longer than expected. The staff are polite and friendly. Highly recommended.
