Bottom line: Go here. Jason and Cameron are awesome and you can trust them to do you right. I am pretty mechanically inclined and typically do all my maintenance on my own vehicles, but since moving to Ann Arbor and not having a garage at my current place, in 10F to 20F my desire to work on my Ranger in winter has decreased significantly. Jason, Cameron, and team are actually the first folks in 10 years who I have let touch my truck, but again, working outside in winter in Michigan kind of sucks...and I can't think of anyone else I would entrust my truck to. They both are honest, non-pressure sales mechanics who take the time to explain things to you and aren't trying to pull a fast one. Good people who will do you right. Awesome, honest, genuine folks.

I called this number for this shop and the call went to a different shop named Auto One on washtenaw. I took Google search GPS to this location and the actual name there was Auto One and there was no one working there. Shady. Do not go here. Google probably needs to update too

Jason at Advanced Automotive diagnosed and repaired our 6 year old Chevy Traverse. We had done very little preventative maintenance before visiting him. At 150k I was told there's no set service, so they looked the vehicle over and gave me a small list of recommendations to keep the vehicle running well. I felt that they only undertook what was necessary, rather than trying to get the most work out of it as possible.

Kara said she's been there several times, she's happy with the service and they are thorough. They are not pushy on their suggestions, they are honest and efficient.
