Matt said the facility did not charge him just to tell him what was wrong with his vehicle. He was able to drop off the vehicle and pick it up the next day.

Great price on routine oil/filter change--and they also told me what needed work and gave me a very reasonable quote.

I also appreciate that they make a note in your file and alert you of "other" problems that they spot and allow you to determine when you would like to get them fixed! Rather, than hammering you that "this and that" needs to be fixed.

They were fast and friendly! I would totally recommend them!

Per a reference from a colleague and being unfamiliar with Ann Arbor, I stopped in to check out Advanced on a Monday afternoon after work. Cameron was receptive and helpful, diagnosing a check engine issue with clarity and recommending proper service. Later in the week I stopped in to have the issue fixed and the service was prompt and concise. I was very pleased with his candor and sincerity and will definitely consider AA again for maintenance and any repairs my car may need. Thanks, AA!!!

I have had my oil changed @ Advanced Automotive 2x's now.It is refreshing to be able to pay the bill without the mechanic saying oh, by the way you need to have x,y,z done or this will cause issues with your car.I would find out later thru my Toyota dealership that it was not the truth.
